Job Summary

• As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our café, delivering on our mission to provide a safe and welcoming third place for everyone who walks through our door.

Essential Functions

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Prepare and serve various coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, coffee brewers, and other equipment safely
• Provide high-quality customer service with kindness, respect, and empathy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including café seating and equipment
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Handle transactions accurately and honestly using our POS system
• Maintain a team-oriented attitude and assist colleagues when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
