Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required (training provided)
• RBS certification required, if applicable
• 6 months to 1 year of barista/food/beverage/customer service experience preferred
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to handle payments accurately
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS system
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, mixed drinks, and other beverages according to recipes.
• Provide friendly and accurate service to guests.
• Educate guests on beverage options and answer menu questions.
• Maintain full knowledge of the drink menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all working areas.
• Follow basic sanitation, food handling, handwashing, and health code standards.
• Operate and maintain bar tools and equipment.
• Report equipment issues to management when needed.
• Check, restock, and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
