Qualifications

• Barista experience is ok, but not required; you will be trained in PJ’s ways.
• Available and reliable to open PJ's Coffee and work shifts 5:30am–3:00pm.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with strong communication.
• Ability to problem solve and engage with a team.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image of PJ's to customers and coworkers.
• Proactively suggest beverages, drink enhancements, snacks, and pastries.
• Prepare beverages and food to PJ’s specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store offers excellent customer service and maintains upkeep.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Maintain sanitary, safety, and aesthetic store conditions with daily checks.
• Notify management of operational needs or equipment issues.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Attend training to increase coffee knowledge and apply skills.
