Opportunity

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations.
• Assist in the preparation of Café menu items as ordered and according to procedure.
• Assist with breakfast room service orders
• Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register.
• Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure.
• Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all Café policies and explains them to members and guests, when asked.
• Enforce café rules and policies. This includes maintaining a continuous knowledge of SOP’s, programs and what to do in the event of an accident, age restrictions, proper handling of complaints, etc.
• Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary. Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the register areas as well as all other areas of the store.

This is a part-time opportunity with shifts ranging between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, weekdays and weekends.

We are looking for assistance on weekends, holidays and Packer games during the fall season.

Skills / Requirements

• A working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and equipment use standards

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $11.30 - $16.90 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
