Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Barista to bridge daytime coffee service with evening cocktails, transforming the lobby into an all-day gathering place. You are a maker and host, delivering quality beverages while creating moments of connection that invite guests to linger.

This role sees beverage service as an experience, not just a transaction, with opportunities to engage guests and participate in activations within a hospitality-forward environment.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three to six months in a food and beverage environment; hotel experience preferred.
• Able to mix drinks and provide exceptional service to guests.
• Able to multitask and handle equipment in a bar using modern technology.
• Must read, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Craft high-quality espresso and coffee beverages.
• Educate guests on coffee offerings and seasonal features.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station.
• Create a warm, conversational guest experience to encourage return visits.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails with confidence and flair.
• Act as a lobby host in the afternoon and evening, engaging guests and building community.
• Guide guests through beverage selections and pairings in a relaxed, elevated way.
• Support evening activations and lobby moments as needed.
• Deliver gracious service that feels natural, not scripted.
• Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with hotel and F&B teams to ensure guest flow.
