We are an expanding restaurant group with locations across Chicagoland and are looking for an experienced Barista Lead.

Job Duties:

• Supervise the barista team daily to ensure standards are met and consistency is maintained, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
• Collaborate with managers to implement training for new team members.
• Keep barista reference information up to date, adding new recipes or processes as needed.
• Take ownership of inventory, product ordering, and receiving/checking in products.
• Comply with all safety, health, and beverage regulations to mitigate legal liabilities.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness.
• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the café and equipment meet standards.
