Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and espresso drinks maintaining high productivity.
• Maintain coffee quality standards and assist in recipe updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maintain department signage, pricing, and back stock.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Assist with sampling programs, keeping areas appealing.
• Follow procedures related to health, sanitation, and safety.
• Operate and sanitize equipment properly.
• Implement company policies and handle customer complaints.
• Train staff and support skill development.
• Maintain inventory for the Coffee Program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista and Lead in Juice or Smoothie Bar.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Availability to travel and work at other Erewhon locations.
