Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes in Paradise Valley is hiring Baristas for our new location opening Fall 2026. The role focuses on delivering thoughtful service, hospitality, and an elevated guest experience from day one.

As a Barista, you'll create beverages, educate guests about our products, and maintain a welcoming environment while learning about specialty coffee and our menu.

You'll join a team that values connection, reliability, and teamwork, with flexible scheduling and tips that reflect your service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee, food service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Specialty coffee experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must obtain Arizona Title 4 Basic Alcohol Certification prior to serving alcohol; guidance provided before opening.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and training prior to opening.
• Learn service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist with café setup, merchandising, and readiness activities.
• Deliver exceptional, attentive customer service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to company standards.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café.
