One Lifestyle, Ltd. is seeking a Barista/Host to join The Goat's Front of House team. Based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH, this role supports guest service with espresso beverage production, POS use, and warm hospitality.

You will handle opening/closing tasks, maintain a tidy station, restock supplies, and work in a fast-paced cafe environment while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related customer experience preferred.
• Experience as barista or in café or fast-paced customer service is desirable.
• Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.

Responsabilités

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems and other café equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, counters, machines, and seating areas.
• Restock cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans and pastries; assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Handle cash and assist with inventory checks in a fast-paced environment.

The Difference You’ll Make

As a Barista you will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous barista, café, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.
