Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Barista to join The Goat, a social restaurant experience. Based in Columbus, OH with potential positions in Nashville, NC, Pflugerville, TX, and Columbus, OH, you will operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems while delivering friendly, genuine hospitality.

You’ll maintain a clean workstation, restock supplies, and assist with opening/closing tasks. Prior barista or customer service experience is preferred, and accuracy with cash handling is

Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and seating areas.
• Restock cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans and pastries.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, including cleaning and inventory checks.
• Handle cash during service.
