Job summary

Lifestyle Communities’ The Goat location seeks a Barista to serve guests with friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced café setting. You will operate espresso equipment, maintain a clean workstation, and restock supplies.

Required are basic math for cash handling, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn drink recipes. Minimum: high school diploma and 1 year of customer experience. Part-time, on-site role with equal opportunity employment.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Barista you will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous barista, café, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Location and Travel:

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
