Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Barista/Host to join The Goat team. The role involves operating espresso equipment, maintaining a clean station, restocking supplies, and supporting opening/closing tasks across multiple locations including Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; and Columbus, OH.

Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to multitask and follow beverage recipes in a dynamic environment that values hospitality and teamwork.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Barista you will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous barista, café, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.
