Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food. You will uphold food safety and brand standards, support drive-up and order pickup, and maintain clean, well-stocked stations to serve guests throughout all hours of operation.

Ideal candidates have friendly, proactive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced store environment. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks/food service preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
