Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Red Wing, Minnesota is hiring a Team Member to deliver day-making experiences through outstanding guest service, crafted beverages, and living the Caribou Purpose and Values in every interaction. As a core team member, you will build relationships with guests, manage orders and cash, keep the store clean, and adapt to shifting roles to support the team.

Previous hospitality experience is a plus; minimum age 16.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible guest service by building personal relationships with guests.
• Craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and serve Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
• Support team by accepting direction and adapting to priorities.
