Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Anticipates guests' needs and acts proactively.
• Makes product-based recommendations to guests.
• Knows when to escalate to a leader as appropriate.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
• Upholds Caribou Core Values in all interactions.
• Maintains energy and engages teammates and guests in a positive way.
