Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee shop beverages according to set standards.
• Prepare food items according to procedures.
• Operate the cash register and process payments including cash, checks, cards, and coupons.
• Stock items and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked department and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate in-store programs and promotions to customers and model high service standards.
• Follow PPE, safety, and guest experience guidelines.
