Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and memorable moments.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista and greeter roles as needed during shifts.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Makes recommendations grounded in real product knowledge.
• Works with leadership when issues require guidance.
• Maintains punctual attendance and reliable teamwork.
• Lives Caribou's core values in daily interactions.
