Responsibilities

• Greet guests who approach the counter and café.
• Answer guest questions related to products.
• Pack and provide requested items.
• Ensure items are correctly rung in on checks.
• Maintain display items and follow FIFO; discard expired items.
• Maintain counter appearance during operating hours.
• Perform closing counter checks and cash drawer after each shift.
• Keep the counter neat and comply with Health Department standards.
• Communicate problems to management immediately.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain cleanliness.
