Job summary

Hilton Waikiki Beach is seeking a Full-Time Barista/Counterperson for the M.A.C. To-Go outlet. You will prepare beverages, take orders, handle transactions, and assist guests with a friendly, efficient service approach in a busy hotel environment.

The role includes maintaining product knowledge, keeping the bar area clean, restocking, and supporting the team with additional duties as needed. Flex scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Familiar with beverage machine operation and product line knowledge.
• Handle cash, room charges, credit cards, coupons, and certificates per procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Complete training of new Barista team members and seek outlet improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate coffee bar and prepare beverages to standard.
• Serve food and beverages to hotel guests and walk-ins.
• Restock inventory and maintain display quality.
• Maintain sanitation per health guidelines and keep equipment in good working order.
