Cedar Band Corporation is seeking a Barista Employee to create a welcoming environment by preparing quality beverages and food items and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain a clean, organized work area and work as part of a team to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation, food service, payment processing, stock management, and routine sanitation. Training in food service and customer service is required, with a BIA food handlers’ card due

Formación

• Must complete training in food preparation, food service skills, and customer service.
• Must obtain BIA food handlers’ card within 2 weeks with receipt for reimbursement from the Company.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and serves cold and hot beverages, such as sodas, coffee, blended coffee, and tea, to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested.
• Describes product details to customers.
• Receives and processes customer payments.
• Serves prepared foods and baked goods including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels.
• Ensure customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items.
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas.
• Ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating by routinely checking temperatures in that equipment.
• Stocks supplies or retail products; may be asked to assist in daily inventory, or receive products as directed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
