Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a cafe team member in Marquette, IA, to deliver high-quality beverages and food with friendly, efficient service. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy in payments while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks and food items, stocking supplies, operating cafe equipment, and supporting opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Basic math and cash handling plus POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
Prepare sandwiches, pastries, and other cafe food items while following food safety guidelines.
Provide friendly, professional service by greeting guests and making recommendations.
Process cash, credit card, and other payments through the POS system accurately.
Maintain a clean, sanitary cafe and prep areas throughout each shift.
Stock and replenish supplies as needed and rotate inventory using FIFO.
Operate cafe equipment safely (espresso machines, brewers, blenders, ovens, POS).
Assist with opening/closing duties including setup, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
Work with team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
