• Offer samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.

• Operate coffee shop equipment and inventory ingredients.
• Check freshness and review sell-by dates.
• Use espresso machine, blender, scale and steamer.
• Label, stock and inventory merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and report needed repairs.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks; report incidents.
• Work in fast-paced environments and manage conflicts calmly.
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customers and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Interact with diverse customers including minors and seniors.
• Perform essential duties with/without accommodations.
