Job summary

Parkwest Casino is seeking an enthusiastic Barista / Server to join our team and deliver prompt service, high quality beverages, and a welcoming store environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or bartending diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years experience as a Barista in a comparable facility.
• California Food Handler Card required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso-based coffee drinks and other food products.
• Provides quality beverages and food by following recipes and presentation standards; adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high-volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly.
• Assists with partner training and provides coaching as needed.
• Delivers legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude and responsive problem solving.
• Follows cash handling and safety procedures to ensure secure operations on shift.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace for easy resource access.
• Willing to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
