Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino seeks a Khavee Barista to deliver outstanding guest service in a lively casino restaurant. You will greet guests warmly, prepare espresso drinks, handle cash transactions, and promote casino events while maintaining a clean, welcoming area.

You will work as part of a team, comply with policies, and aim to meet sales goals through personalized service and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous cashiering experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
Read, write, speak and understand English.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Accurately and quickly process cash and card transactions.
Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provides fast, friendly, professional customer service to Khavee guests and staff.
Greet guests and engage in conversations within the 10/5 rule.
Use guest's name whenever possible and deliver personalized service.
Greet guests on entry and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Operate cash register and manage cash, card, and gratuities per policy.
Keep work area clean, organized and in line with health standards.
Resolve service issues following established standards.
Promote casino events and direct guests to areas as needed.
Suggest products to meet sales goals with every guest.
Prepare beverages to Khavee standards, including espresso drinks.
