Caribou Coffee in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Team Member to deliver day-making guest experiences, craft handcrafted beverages, and bring our purpose to life on every interaction. No prior experience required, and you’ll join a supportive herd focused on community and quality.

As a versatile team member, you’ll rotate between barista, greeter, and other shifts while taking orders, handling cash, and keeping the cafe clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou's standards.
• Anticipates needs of Guests and teammates and acts proactively.
