Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver a warm, friendly guest experience in our Irvine store. You will craft beverages and foods to specifications, engage with guests, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout shifts.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, require strong customer service, and be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training provided to develop barista skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Process transactions with courtesy and gratitude at the point of sale.
• Support team members and adapt to store needs during peak hours.
