Starbucks Corp. is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor in Irvine to lead our baristas and cafe team, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming experience. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standards while guiding colleagues during fast-paced shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and lead shift team to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle requests efficiently.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies during shifts.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth operations.
