Job summary

White Lodging operates premium hotels and dining venues, and is seeking a Barista to join its guest-facing team. You will prepare quality beverages, greet guests, promote menu items, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills for guest interaction.
• Commitment to friendly, proactive customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and poise.
• Experience in hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience by preparing quality beverages and products.
• Promote menu items and seasonal specials to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform opening/closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately.
• Represent the establishment with a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
