Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a barista to join our team. You will handle guest orders, operate the POS system, and ensure food is prepared and served to standard. This role supports hotel operations and guest satisfaction within a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work AM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Excellent English communication.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Team player who pitches in to help coworkers.
• Able to address guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Able to input information using a computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly per service manual.
• Set up side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the POS system.
• Check food appearance, temperature, and portions before serving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
