This on-site role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within a beloved coffeehouse brand. As part of our team, you’ll handle orders, assist with light food prep, and maintain a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and teamwork.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Handcrafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, with Guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Handles orders and cash drawer following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and stocked per safety standards.
• Anticipates needs of Guests and teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes product-based recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Demonstrates leadership when needed and seeks support accordingly.
• Maintains punctual, reliable attendance for each shift.
