Qualifications

• Guest-friendly, customer service orientation required.
• Proficiency with basic typing, computer programs, and communication devices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense coffee and non-alcoholic beverages for customers.
• Greet customers within 15 seconds of arrival.
• Coordinate daily and weekly priorities with Corner Store Supervisor or Manager.
• Reconcile shift revenues and assemble shift deposits for following shifts.
• Maintain and stock gift shop items; advise manager of inventory needs.
• Maintain and clean counter area, displays, espresso machine, and shop area.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and pricing.
• Perform side work as requested by Restaurant Manager.
• Training and proficiency as a Chartroom hostess or server is encouraged.
