Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food items. Follow HACCP standards for quality and safety. Interact courteously with customers and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso and other beverage orders using standard recipes.
2. Process orders accurately in POS system; handle payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
4. Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and utensils.
6. Follow recipes and production standards for food preparation.
7. Keep display areas clean and attractive.
8. Clean workstations thoroughly after shifts.
9. Greet and interact courteously with customers, addressing concerns.
10. Serve efficiently to prevent delays.
11. Know and explain menu items accurately.
12. Assist in selling and promotional efforts.
13. Ensure attractive merchandising of display foods.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
