Job Summary

The Barista prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP standards and ensuring friendly customer interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso and other beverages using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; process payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work areas.
6. Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
7. Keep display areas clean and attractive.
8. Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly after use.
9. Greet customers courteously and ensure satisfaction.
10. Serve efficiently to prevent delays.
11. Understand and explain menu items accurately.
12. Promote sales through effective communication.
13. Ensure attractive merchandising of foods.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
