+ Location: Union Pacific - 1400 Douglas Street, Omaha, NE 68179. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Responsible for making and serving coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
3. Replenish condiments, beverages, supplies; maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
7. Keep display equipment clean during service.
8. Clean workstation before leaving.
9. Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
10. Serve efficiently, preventing delays.
11. Understand and explain menu items.
12. Assist customers with buying decisions using selling techniques.
13. Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
