We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.

Location: 3M - 2501 Hudson Road, Building 222, Saint Paul, MN 55144. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior barista experience preferred.
*Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Follow HACCP guidelines and standards. Interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately; accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and presentable.
• Clean equipment and workstation after use.
• Greet customers courteously and address concerns.
• Serve efficiently and prevent delays.
• Understand and explain menu items.
• Assist in upselling and customer engagement.
• Ensure attractive merchandising of display foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
