Your Purpose as a Barista :

• Deliver a legendary guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, environment for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Act with integrity and honesty; maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Assist with light inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $15 an hour
• Flexible Work Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time availability; Monday - Friday 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM; Saturdays from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
