• We are hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions.
• Location: GCRB - 1475 North West 12th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedules, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact with customers and staff in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system; process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies in the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Keep equipment and workstations clean and organized.
• Prepare food according to approved recipes and standards.
• Greet customers courteously, ensure satisfaction, and relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers efficiently and accurately explain menu items.
• Assist in merchandising display foods attractively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
