Job Summary

Summary: Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks, handle food according to HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and other beverages using standard recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS systems and process payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, and communicate menu items effectively.
• Ensure attractive merchandising of display foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
