• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days may vary, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am or 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 3 - 5 years of experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP standards. Interacts with customers and staff in a friendly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; handles payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures per HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstations.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Keeps display equipment clean during service.
• Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Greets customers courteously and ensures satisfaction.
• Serves efficiently, preventing delays.
• Understands and explains menu items accurately.
• Assists in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
