Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Barista for a full-time position. You will greet guests, prepare beverages to Miraval standards, and support a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

At Miraval, balance, wellness, and guest experience are core. The Barista will work within a team that values mindfulness, professionalism, and hospitality while supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer focus in a fast-paced service setting.
• Clear verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift/pull/push up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility with mornings/afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Food Handler and TABC certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paces environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (About 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings & afternoons (5:30am - 3:00pm), including weekends and holidays
• Previous Barista experience preferred
• Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
