Job summary

MGM Resorts International invites applications for a Barista/Fountain Worker role at Mandalay Bay's 3940 Coffee & Tea and Hazle Coffee. The role focuses on welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced resort setting.

Starting rate is $15.8812 per hour plus tips, with responsibilities including order taking, beverage and food service, cash handling, cleanliness, and stock management. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and at least 1 year of food

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a food handler in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Collect money while following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back of house areas; clear tables and counters.
• Stock and replenish products at workstations and counters as needed.
• Label and date products according to safety procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Unload warehouse orders and stock designated storage areas.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; involve management when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
