Job summary

Sodexo at NCH Baker Hospital Downtown in Naples, FL is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer service while crafting hand-made beverages. This on-call, part-time role requires friendly interaction, accurate order fulfillment, and adherence to food safety standards.

You will greet guests, prepare beverages including coffee and tea, manage cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized service area while supporting the team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with quick, friendly service and personal attention.
• Mixes and serves hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.) while adhering to customer specs.
• Maintains good customer relations and ensures fast delivery of beverages and food items.
• Educates guests on menu offerings and suggests add-ons when appropriate.
• Cleans coffee machines and preparation areas and restocks supplies.
• Processes sales and cash handling following procedures.
