Responsibilities

• Bring Positive Energy and greet guests warmly.
• Recommend drinks, add-ons, and pastries to guests.
• Craft beverages and food items to PJ's standards.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle cash and follow checkout procedures accurately.
• Communicate store needs and ideas to management.
• Support the team and follow store policies for safety.
• Participate in training to grow PJ's coffee skills.
