Job summary

PJ's Coffee seeks a friendly Barista to bring the New Orleans vibe to our San Antonio location. You’ll greet guests, help them discover favorites, and craft drinks and pastries to PJ's standards in a fast-paced shop.

We train you in the PJ's way, emphasize cleanliness, and foster teamwork. Weekend availability is preferred, and you’ll build skills through hands-on training and daily practice.

Qualifications

• Barista experience is not required; training provided in PJ's way.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with a warm demeanor.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Bring Positive Energy: be a friendly, welcoming face for guests and a supportive teammate.
• Share the Coffee Love: recommend drinks, add-ons, snacks, and pastries.
• Craft Quality Drinks & Food: prepare beverages and food to PJ's standards.
• Create a Great Atmosphere: keep shop clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle Details with Care: cash handling accuracy and order checklists.
• Communicate & Collaborate: inform management about store needs and ideas.
• Support the Team: follow policies to keep everyone safe and supported.
• Keep Learning: participate in training to grow PJ's coffee skills.
