Qualifications

• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time.
• Can work carefully and quickly with hot liquids, dairy products, and glass bottles.
• Can stand, walk, and lift as required in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Must be able to stand for hours and work flexible shifts.
• Ability to safely move around customers and cars in a drive-thru setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm drink orders, and input orders into the POS.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes to meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock during shifts.
• Develop personal connections with customers through friendly service.
