Job summary

Target is hiring for a Starbucks Barista role. You will craft handcrafted beverages and food to recipe, greet and assist guests, and ensure a welcoming, safe, and clean dining area on a fast-paced store floor.

Responsibilities include following food safety standards, supporting Drive Up and back-up cashier tasks, and collaborating with team members to meet guest expectations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent Starbucks guest experience by delivering high-quality beverages and food.
• Follow food safety guidelines and store procedures.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Starbucks space and dining area.
• Support Drive Up, OPU, and back-up cashier duties as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and training.
