Job summary

Target is looking for a Starbucks Barista to deliver friendly guest experiences, prepare beverages and food, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced store setting. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and help maintain product quality and cleanliness throughout shifts.

This role requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with training provided to develop skills and provide memorable guest service in line with Target and Starbucks standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or food service preferred.
• Ability to interact warmly with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them as needed.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Produce beverages and food to recipe specifications and maintain quality control.
• Follow all food safety requirements and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support team members and contribute to a cooperative store environment.
