Job summary

Graduate by Hilton Bloomington is seeking a Barista to join Poindexter Coffee to support daily café operations and deliver a consistent, welcoming experience for our guests.

Compensation includes $10.50/hour plus pooled tips for barista shifts and $16.00/hour for banquet serving shifts. High School Diploma/GED preferred; prior barista or food service experience is a plus, and flexible hours are available.

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task and create welcoming environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine coffee preferences
• Explain coffee drink menu and differences in beans and equipment
• Prepare and serve drinks following recipes
• Maintain equipment and sanitation standards
• Assist with banquet events and catering when needed
• Support daily café operations to ensure guest satisfaction
