Sodexo at Weber State University is hiring a Barista to provide exceptional customer service while crafting hand-made beverages. You will operate the coffee bar, take orders, prepare hot and cold drinks, and help keep the area clean and organized.

The position requires flexible shifts, on-site work, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior customer service experience and knowledge of sanitation are helpful; some locations may require certification.

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages per customer specifications.
• Maintain clean work areas, including coffee machines and preparation areas.
• Record sales, handle cash, and operate a cash register following procedures.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
