Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver the guest experience, craft beverages and foods to recipe standards, and support drives and operations on a busy store floor. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent Starbucks experience by crafting beverages and food to recipe standards.
• Greet guests and assist them to find what they need, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• Support Drive Up and order pick up processes to fulfill digital orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and stock levels in the Starbucks space and store areas.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations and represent Target and Starbucks values.
